The quickest way to reach us is from inside the app: open Settings, then Report a bug or ask for a feature. It fills in the details we need, and you can read the whole message before sending it.

A form rejected my file

Tell us the exact words the form shows (for example "PDF, max 2 MB, 5 pages") and, if you can, share your rule card link. Please don't send the document itself.

Restoring your purchase

On a new phone, open Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. On iPhone, Family Sharing members get the unlock too.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by the store. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play from your order history.
